During a run in Noobs Must Die, you can see all of your active bounties on the left side of your screen. Most bounties ask you to kill a certain number of enemies or survive waves. Completing the bounties gives you Tix, which you can use for upgrades.
You should focus on bounties that are easier to complete for your character. There are three characters in the game right now, and they all have their respective strengths. Telamon, Icarus, and Doombringer have different synergies. The survival bounties are the easiest, and you should focus on them first. If you have enough firepower, pick the bounties that ask you to kill a certain number of enemies.

Windforce is generally the best 200-currency item to get, as it kills all enemies around you. It works well on all classes and is one of the best Tier 3 items in the game.
