As the name suggests, Grow a Business is all about building and expanding your business. It’s a tycoon-style experience where your job is to employ various workers to generate profit. You’ll need to manage your businesses strategically, as only a limited number can be placed on your plot. Higher-rarity businesses are more profitable and can earn you significant income in a short amount of time. These businesses can also have employee variants that further increase profitability.

This article will walk you through everything you need to know about Grow a Business.

Getting Started With Grow a Business

To start off, you will have to hire some Noob employees to begin earning. The game will eventually give you a builder employee who will boost your profits. The game’s progression is a bit slow at the start, but you can hire more and more employees to raise your profits. Players also have a chance to get a variant employee. Variants work similarly to mutations in Grow a Garden. You can get boosted profits from variant employees.

As soon as you earn enough money, you should start hiring better employees. The higher-rarity employees might earn you more, but cost more as well. Apart from employees, you can also get assets like Mine, Bank, Waterpark, and more. If you want to increase your profitability even further, you can hire managers as well.

Managers

Managers not only boost your profitability but also visually upgrade your plot. There are currently five managers available:

  • Clown Manager- 1.2x Cash Boost
  • Soldier Manager- 1.5x Cash Boost
  • Mayor Manager- 2x Cash Boost
  • King Manager- 2.5x Cash Boost
  • Angel Manager- 3x Cash Boost

Out of these five managers, only a few can be purchased with in-game cash:

  • Four can be purchased using in-game currency.
  • Angel is premium-only and requires Robux.

Hiring a manager early in the game is highly recommended, as it significantly increases your profit output compared to playing without one.

Employee Variants

There are currently four employee variants you can achieve. There are no gears or boosts that can be applied currently to increase the chances of variants. The four variants and their chances of occurrence are as follows:

  • Gold– 10%
  • Rainbow– 5%
  • Inferno– 2%
  • Oblivion– 1%
