To start off, you will spawn in with a baseball bat and a torch. Unlike Dead Rails and other similar experiences, you can’t sell a valuable at the start and get fuel. A big advantage that players have in this game is that they don’t have to manage their fuel. At the spawn, you can scavenge for some valuables and sell them to get some money. You can either buy some bandages or another item with the money you earned.

Next, start up the subway train and move forward towards the next station. On the way, you can either scavenge for some items or search the empty rooms for valuables. You can also find weapon crates that will get you bandages and weapons with ammunition. Although the baseball bat is great for the early game, you will have to use some ranged weapons in the late game. Make sure to keep your distance from the zombies, as they can easily deal huge damage with a few hits.

Once you reach the subway stations, you can sell your items and get some money. You can then get weapons or utility items as you require at the shop.

Tips for Beginners

Here are some tips if you’re just starting in the game:

  • Don’t Buy Anything at the Start: At the start of the game, it is better if you save up the money you earn by selling some items. As soon as you reach the next station, get a ranged weapon and some ammunition.
  • Attach Valuables to the Train: You can use the attach feature to save space in your inventory. This not only saves space in the inventory, but you can also attach some items as protection. You can even weld corpses to the train and save up more space.
  • Play With Friends: The game has a multiplayer option that you can explore and play with friends. Although the game is pretty easy to play solo, it is much fun and faster to play with friends. You allocate some roles to your friends and start the journey to the end of the line.
