REPO Cart Cannon Revealed: New Weapon Coming Soon To Beta

REPO is going to get a major new weapon soon, with the developers recently showcasing the Cart Cannon and Cart Laser. Tagged as the “most powerful weapon in the game yet, it augments the already available in-game cart into a battle tank. The cart weapons will surely give rise to some fun gameplay possibilities as players tackle the horrors that reside in REPO.

REPO Beta To Get Cart Weapons And More Game Balancing Changes Soon

semiwork showcased the Cart Cannon (and the Cart Laser) as detachable modules that you can fit onto your cart. One of the team members can jump into the cart and man the weapon while the other can push the cart around. The Cart Cannon has four charges, indicating four shots it can take. We will have more details once the new weapons debut in REPO Beta.

Other game balancing changes that will be introduced in the future are:

• Change in Health Kit cost: Health Kits will cost less with a Team Discount. The price is inversely proportional to the number of players, meaning a higher number of players will see the Health Kit have a bigger discount.
• Change to Truck’s Health Recovery: The truck will do the follow healing:
  • Below Level 5 – +50 HP
  • After Level 5 – +35 HP
  • After Level 10 – +25 HP
• Unsteady Enemies – Below Level 5, enemies will be more unsteady and can be stunned a tad easily. Post Level 5, they will be steadier.

We recently saw the Duck Bucket in the REPO Open Beta Test. It is a potent tool to take care of the Apex Predator. The community was quick to find out other ways that the item can be used in-game, like putting it in the cart, hiding in it, and propelling back to the truck.
