In ESO, the Kazpian’s Cruel Signet set is all about damage boosts, along with a unique bonus effect. First, wearing two items will increase the amount of weapon and spell damage you deal to enemies. Secondly, wearing three items will give you Minor Slayer which increases your damage taken in PvE arenas, dungeons, and trials by 5%. Next, four items will boost your over all offensive penetration stat.
Then, when wearing 5 pieces of Kazpian’s Cruel Signet each time you strike an enemy with your weapon, it will place a sword above them.
