Where Can You Find Rederi in Clair Obscur Expedition 33?
The second act is a stepping-off point in the story of Clair Obscur Expedition 33. This is where surviving members are introduced to Verso, who offers them more information about the Paintress, Renoir, and the Continent, albeit he left a few details out in the explanations. Verso reunites with Esquie and Monoco and promises to help the party bring an end to the Paintress’ cycle.
While exploring, Esquire can relearn all of his old tricks, like swimming and flying, by finding the right rocks. These are new travel perks for the party to get around different areas like the Sunless Cliffs. This spot is full of enemies, but there is the local merchant sitting alone on a remote island.
Rederi can be spotted standing still by the trees with his pack on their back. Fortunately, this merchant doesn’t want your smoke and just your Chroma for their wares.

- Robe de Jour (Music Record): 1,000 Chroma
- Rebellious Haircut for Sciel: 2,000 Chroma
- Half Ponytail Haircut for Lune: 2,000 Chroma
This merchant might disappoint due to the lack of upgrade materials and weapons, but finding a music record is a win. The Robe de Jour music record is required to unlock the Connoisseur trophy or achievement. For a low price of 5,000 Chroma, you can clear Rederi’s shop in one transaction and buy new cosmetic items for Sciel and Lune, respectively.
