Where Can You Find the Cruler Blacksmith in Clair Obscur Expedition 33?
You can encounter the Cruler Blacksmith at the Coastal Cave, but they have a certain requirement before they start selling you their items. The problem with the Coastal Cave is that it is filled to the brim with various enemy types. Neither blacksmiths nor customers are comfortable with different enemies around their shops and will ask you to clear them out.
Once all of the enemies are gone, this blacksmith will happily sell you their items, which are mostly weapons. You will need a decent stock of Chroma if you intend to buy every item from their inventory.
