Controversial internet personality Andrew Tate has filed a defamation lawsuit against several content creators. The Tate brothers have filed for damages exceeding $50,000. Australian YouTuber Nathan “MilkBarTV” uploaded the supposed lawsuit documents on his X account. The Tates have mentioned over 14 defendants in the case.

Notably, Andrew was also sued by his girlfriend for assault on March 12, 2025. The YouTuber mentioned that the group that has been sued has been “accurately” reporting on his criminal cases over the years.

“BREAKING: I’m being sued by Andrew Tate for defamation for using his own words against him. Tate is suing a group of us that have been accurately reporting on his criminal cases over the past couple of years.”

MilkBarTV is a lesser-known Australian YouTuber with over 7.92K subscribers on the platform. The YouTuber has been vocal against the Tate brothers for over a year now. The main defendant mentioned in the document was @CrayonMurders on X, who boasts a following of 103K on the Musk-owned platform.

CrayonMurders is an investigative journalist who has been covering Andrew and Tristan Tate’s case since the legal troubles began for the brothers. Nathan has also mentioned that Andrew Tate’s lawyers made a spelling mistake in the lawsuit:

“His ambulance chasing lawyers misspelt my name it’s Nathan LivingstonE.”

MilkBarTV posted a clip of Andrew Tate boasting about allegedly doxing an individual who criticized him on X. He mentioned that Andrew likes to sue people and use intimidation tactics against individuals. Nathan also alleged that Andrew used the same intimidation tactics to silence an individual who testified against him in the Romanian court. In the video, Andrew says:

“I don’t need a reason. You will have to defend yourself regardless. That’s the thing about the American legal system — you can’t ignore it. I don’t care if it costs me a million dollars to take a thousand dollars out of your bank. You’re gonna be in court twice a month for the rest of your human years — I don’t care. I will sue you for any and every reason, forever.”

Andrew and Tristan Tate are no strangers to lawsuits, as both brothers have several ongoing legal battles. Reports suggest that the brothers have reported to the Romanian authorities to complete judicial measures related to the human trafficking charges. The Westminster Magistrates’ Court also ruled in favor of the police. The court has allowed the seizure of £2.8 million in unpaid taxes from the Tate brothers’ businesses.
