Although the Duchess can wield many weapons in Elden Ring Nightreign, there are only some that work best with her.
The Duchess is one of the best Nightfarers in the game. Thanks to her excellent mobility, she can effortlessly dodge enemy attacks while landing hits of her own. As a consequence of her fast movements, her attacks are not as powerful as some of the other characters. However, this doesn’t hinder the Duchess in any significant way.

1. Wakizashi
The scaling of the Wakizashi is as follows:

The Wakizashi is a dagger that is very well suited to the Duchess for multiple reasons. For one, it inflicts bleed with every hit, which couples with the Duchess’s fast attacks to rapidly cause Blood Loss. For another, it allows you to power stance with Katanas, another type of weapon that works well with the Duchess. All in all, the Wakizashi is one of the best weapons that the Duchess can have access to.

Contrary to what you may expect, Dexterity is not actually the Duchess’s highest stat. That honor goes to Intelligence. While the Duchess is not as adept at spellcasting as the Recluse, she is more than capable of dishing out some serious damage.
Azur’s Glintstone Staff is one of the strongest Staves in the game and comes with the powerful Comet Azur spell. The Duchess can be used for a spellcasting build quite effectively. Her amazing mobility allows her to attack enemies from afar while easily avoiding any attacks.
4. Scorpion Stinger
The scaling of Scorpion Stinger is as follows:

While the Duchess can use multiple types of weapons effectively, Daggers are still her forte. And among Daggers, the Scorpion Stinger is one of the best choices. The Duchess’s fast attacks pair excellently with weapons that can inflict status conditions. And Scorpion Stinger is a weapon that applies Scarlet Rot with each hit.
As you can guess, these two facts synergize perfectly and allow you to apply Scarlet Rot to enemies incredibly quickly. If an enemy is not immune to Scarlet Rot, this weapon can trivialize them in quick fashion.
5. Reduvia

Reduvia works very well with the Duchess for the same reasons that Scorpion Stinger does. The only difference is that it applies bleed with every hit instead of Scarlet Rot. While Scarlet Rot is generally the more powerful effect, Blood Loss is applicable in more scenarios.
